Returns Policy

ONLINE PURCHASES

If for any reason you are unhappy with the item of clothing you have purchased on our website or over the phone we will be happy to accept your returns and refund you. For this to happen items MUST be returned within 7 days. Items must be in a saleable condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags intact and attached in original position. No make up/ fake tan/deodorant to be worn when fitting on the garments please as we will not refund any soiled items. Receipts and returns form MUST also be returned.

If all of the above is in order we will refund the original form of payment. Sometimes your bank may take longer to process these refunds so please allow 3 - 7 days for it to show in your account. We strongly encourage you send your returns via courier or tracked post as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your items otherwise. If any items are damaged during the returns process please note that you will be responsible for them.

No return, exchange or refund on any accessories.


Sometimes for reasons out of our control we may need to cancel an order due to delayed deliveries etc. Apologies if this occurs.


IN STORE PURCHASES

Please note items purchased in our boutique at 6a main street Gorey do not fall under this return policy. Items purchased in store can only be returned for store credit or an exchange. No refunds given on items purchased in store. No return or exchange on sale items.
